Kathy Portway is without question the best realtor in the area. There is no one more conscientious and professional than Kathy. We had been using someone else and when we made a change to Kathy, our house sold in 5 days, in a horrible market. She was realistic in setting expectations, and brought in a professional photographer to take the pictures, which made a world of difference in how the house showed online. Kathy was available day and night to answer questions, and was on top of every aspect from showing the house, to attending the closing.
