She was realistic in setting expectations, and brought in a professional photographer to take the pictures, which made a world of difference in how the house showed online. Kathy was available day and night to answer questions, and was on top of every aspect from showing the house, to attending the closing. Whatever you would normally expect from a realtor, Kathy went above and beyond. Within the same year we ended up selling another property, and this was a niche house much more difficult to sell.
